Meet Andrea

My experience includes classroom teaching, school leadership, SEND, safeguarding and mental health, giving me a practical understanding of the challenges educators face every day. My work now brings that experience together with research and evidence-informed practice to help settings become more inclusive, reflective and confident.

Why I created Intersect Education?

I created Intersect Education because I believe meaningful change starts with honest conversations, reflection and practical action. I wanted to create training that helps settings explore complex issues with confidence, while giving them the knowledge and tools to make a genuine difference in their everyday practice.
